The Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control (ARC) has announced its 2023 Partners in Prevention clinic locations. ARC is partnering with local animal organizations to offer low-cost or free 1-year rabies vaccines and microchips. Clinics are available to Cook County dogs and cats.
